Sit Smart is a patented airport innovation that transforms gate and terminal seating into an interactive passenger engagement platform. Installed directly in front of passengers, each Sit Smart unit combines passenger comfort, digital services, and new airport revenue opportunities — without requiring additional terminal space or cost to passengers.

Features & Amenities

Each new unit features a 19-inch interactive touchscreen that can provide passenger information, visual paging, airport announcements, terminal maps, concession information, and other airport services. The platform also includes premium passenger amenities such as a work and dining surface, wireless charging (included with pay-per-use amenities), and an ergonomic footrest at no charge to passengers. Optional pay-per-use amenities include entertainment and a whole-body vibration wellness feature designed to improve comfort and circulation during travel.

A Captive Audience for Advertisers

Sit Smart's integrated digital media network allows airports and concessionaires to communicate directly with seated passengers through targeted advertising, promotions, and interactive offers. Because passengers typically remain seated for extended periods, the platform delivers significantly higher engagement than traditional airport digital signage.
